This website is partially compliant with Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications operated by public sector bodies due to the non-compliances or the exemptions listed below:

  • Video materials do not include extended captions for deaf and hard of hearing users;
  • Video content with audio does not provide audio description or a text alternative for users with visual impairments;
  • Issues with heading structure occur in some places;
  • Text-to-background contrast does not always meet the required 4.5:1 contrast ratio;
  • At smaller viewport widths, horizontal scrolling is sometimes required;
  • No mechanism is provided to bypass repeated blocks of content (missing skip links);
  • Some links do not warn users that activating them will open a new browser window or tab;
  • Error messages are not provided for form validation errors;
  • HTML parsing errors identified by code validators are present.

If the public entity refuses to comply with the request to provide accessibility or an alternative method to access the information, the person filing the request may lodge a complaint regarding the provision of digital accessibility to the website, mobile application or an element of the website or mobile application.

After exhausting the above-mentioned procedure, an application may be filed with the Commissioner for Human Rights.
